These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keramik Kartel website and platform. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Who We Are
Keramik Kartel is a online marketplace that connects trade buyers — builders, architects, developers and project teams — with certified ceramic, porcelain and vitrified tile manufacturers across India. We facilitate discovery, sampling and enquiries; the sale contract for any tile order is between you and the relevant manufacturer.
Using the Platform
- You must provide accurate information when requesting samples, catalogues or placing enquiries.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping data or attempting to disrupt the service.
- Product listings, pricing and stock status are supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice.
Sample Kits & Orders
Sample kit fees are charged to cover production and shipping of physical samples. Where advertised, 100% of the sample kit fee is credited toward your first bulk order with the corresponding manufacturer, subject to that order being placed within the timeframe stated at checkout. Bulk order contracts, pricing, delivery timelines and returns are governed by the manufacturer's own terms, which will be shared with you before you confirm an order.
No Warranty on Manufacturer Listings
While we vet manufacturers before listing them, we do not manufacture, inspect or warehouse the tiles ourselves. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy but do not guarantee that every image, specification or price is free of error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keramik Kartel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction with a manufacturer facilitated through it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
